Parameters:

• This process allows the customer to complete a receiver replacement for BTE hearing aids that are under Repair Warranty.


• When the customer completes a receiver replacement, they cannot attempt another receiver replacement with the same serial number/model combination for 120 days.
  After the 120 days, the customer can process a receiver replacement with that same serial number/model combination.


• Customers are able to Batch serial numbers as long as they were ordered on the same Widex customer account number.


• Discard failed receivers. New Receivers will arrive within 3 business days.
